About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our GP Respiratory Clinics on a full time, part time or locum basis.

As a General Practitioner working within the GP Respiratory Clinic, you will join a team of likeminded professionals; providing respiratory and primary care assessments and treatments that keep people well at home and that prevent avoidable hospital admissions. 

As a General Practitioner with Your Community Health you will have the opportunity to work within and/or alongside by one of more of our General Practice and Specialist Clinics, including:

• General Practice
• General Practice Respiratory Clinics
• Lymphoedema clinic
• Pharmacotherapy clinic
• Refugee Health clinic
• Specialist Paediatric Development and Behavioural clinic
• Trans and Gender Diverse Health clinic (gender-affirming care)
• Vitamin D clinic

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• AHPRA registration
• Fellowship with RACGP or equivalent (highly desirable)
• Experience in primary care and/or respiratory medicine services
