Swinburne University Health Service has an exciting opportunity for a number of VR GPs to work in our expanding accredited clinic with an experienced and committed team in providing holistic care to students, staff and local community members. The service has a team of Registered Nurses and an extensive Psychological and Counselling Services team, including Mental Health Nurses, Clinical Psychologists and Psychiatrists.

You will be supported by a team of Administration Officers, Finance Officer and an IT Program Support Officer.

Pathology and Physiotherapy are also onsite.

We have several co-located services:

EDVOS, ECASA, AOD Counsellor and a Chinese Counsellor.

Areas of interest include:

• Travel health
• Skin cancer checks
• Immunisation- supported by Nurse Immunisers
• Mental health
• Sexual health
• Implanon Insertion and removal
• LGBTI
• International student health   

Second language an advantage- Spanish, Chinese and Arabic. 

Centrally located in Hawthorn, close to Glenferrie Rd and Glenferrie Station. Positions may also be available at our Wantirna campus.

The position offers good remuneration with excellent earning potential. No weekends or public holidays. Applicants must have current AHPRA registration, FRACGP or equivalent and a current WWCC.
