Nganampa Health Council is an Aboriginal owned and controlled health organisation operating on the Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands in the far north west of South Australia. Across this area, we operate six clinics and health programs in sexual health, environmental health, oral health, women's and children's health, immunisation, eye health, mental health, as well as the Chronic Disease Program.

When you join Nganampa Health Council, you are joining a community of primary health care professionals united by our desire to make a difference. We learn and experience something new every day, and we are supported by the professionalism and spirit of our colleagues and our organisation.

Widely recognised in the Industry as being an exemplary Aboriginal health service, Nganampa has sustained a national reputation for its work in primary care. Successes include significantly reducing the rates of sexually transmitted infections, increasing birth weights through the antenatal program and consistently keeping childhood immunisation rates at over 90% (some years at 100%).
