About the role
- Urgently seeking a full time or part-time GP (sign-on bonus is offered for a full-time commitment)
- Monday to Friday only (no weekends or after hours required)
- Urgency due to 1 Doctor retiring earlier this year and another relocated
About the practice
- GP owned and operated
- Mixed billing - (up to 85% of patients are privately billed)
- Standard consults $80 (item 23), $130 (item 36)
- Pensioners $70 (item 23), $120 (item 36)
- 2 Nurses (1 for treatment room, 1 for CDM)
- Fully computerised, uses Best Practice software
- consult room is spacious and well lit with natural light
- Parking available for Doctors
Remuneration
- Receive 67% of mainly private billings or $150/hour guaranteed for the first 3 months
- Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for a full-time GP to commit for a minimum of 12 months
- Established Doctors average $250-$400 in hourly billings (varies depending on special interests, procedural work and overall efficiency)
