Cabarita is a booming coastal village located in North-eastern NSW. Our practice services clients from Pottsville in the south to Tweed Heads and west to Murwillumbah. The beach is renowned for its surfing and is in close proximity to other famous breaks.

In our region there are several large tidal creeks abundant with native flora and fauna. Only 20 mins to the Gold Coast and Byron Bay, Cabarita offers you the best of both worlds.

From our practice it is a short drive to the new Kingscliff Hospital which is due to be commissioned in 2023. Services will include, interventional cardiology, radiotherapy, an integrated cancer care service, additional outpatient clinics, expanded emergency department and enhanced medical, surgical and mental health services. 

The Profile

• Non corporate established family practice located in the heart of town.
• We currently have 2 GPs, 2 nurses and 2 receptionists all of whom work part time.  All staff are highly qualified, professional and friendly.  
• A psychologist who works onsite.
• Pharmacy and pathology nearby.
• Suitable for a GP who wants to enjoy the lifestyle while making the most of the opportunities ahead.
• For the first 3 months you will be paid an hourly rate $150 and thereafter a billings percentage.   
• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.
• Long term locums considered.
• A diverse range of general presentations and the opportunity to work in your areas of special interests such as Skin Checks, Chronic Disease Management, Preventative Health, Women’s Health, Medicals, Occupational Health, Indigenous Health and so on. 
• Increased turnover during holiday periods.
• Must have current AHPRA registration
• Mixed Billing practice
