VR General Practitioner - Director of Clinical Services 

The Caboolture Super Clinic is a large medical centre that provides a range of clinical services including General Practice, Specialist Medical Services, Allied Health and Nursing Services.  The centre also includes Pharmacy, Radiology and Pathology Services.  There is a Wellness Gymnasium and Conference / Education facilities on site.  The Caboolture Super Clinic is a part of the Commonwealth GP Super Clinics Program.

The applicant will be able to lead this clinical team, and combine this with private practice as a VR General Practitioner.  The applicant should demonstrate strong leadership skills, be an excellent clinician, and be able to foster a culture of excellence and patient-centred care.  

This is an opportunity to play a key role in developing and enhancing services across the clinic and participate in wide reform of primary health care service delivery. 

You will also play a lead role in the development and implementation of workforce development strategies including a teaching practice model.

Essential 

• Registration with AHPRA as a Specialist General Practitioner
• Hold FRACGP or FACRRM
• Demonstrated high-level medical leadership and experience
