FT PT | VR GP VMO | Mixed Billing | Lightning Ridge

We are looking for GP VMOs who share our purpose and values to join our network in Lightning Ridge.

In addition to the General Practice, this role will also include coverage of the NSW Health Multi Purpose Service including on-call responsibilities for ED, inpatients and aged care as a Visiting Medical Officer. Telehealth support exists within the service for CAT 3-5 presentations occurring out of hours. A very attractive daily rate for Hospital work is incorporated into the overall package.

It remains one of the few places in the world where black opals can be found and has attracted fortune seeking miners since the trade took off there in the early 1900s. “The Ridge” is located 729 km north west of Sydney via Mudgee and Dubbo; 773 km via Newcastle and Muswellbrook; and 78 km north of Walgett. It is 64 km south of the Queensland border.
