Medical Directions Australia (MDA) is a boutique medical workforce consultancy and a leading provider of innovative employment solutions for doctors and health services.

The medical recruitment market is extremely buoyant and MDA is focussed on attracting a strong candidate flow to service a high demand from the public and private health sectors. We have existing agreements in place with many health networks and facilities. Due to an increased demand for our locum services, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Recruiter to oversee end to end recruitment activities.

This newly created role will service existing recruitment needs and develop the locum activities of the business bringing outstanding earning potential for the incumbent through a bonus scheme.

The position will ideally suit ambitious and energised professionals who have excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrable outcomes focussed work ethos. Candidates will preferably have an established network within the medical marketplace.
