IMMEX is seeking an Occupational Physician trainee IMMEX is seeking an Occupational Physician trainee or a Doctor with experience in occupational medicine looking for a change to work part time(Tuesday, Thursday, Friday), at Waterloo in  Sydney.

IMMEX is a well established, specialised and dedicated Occupational Medicine Practice located at Waterloo, Parramatta and Wetherill Park in Sydney. Clinics have comprehensive facilities, an integrated physiotherapy practice and nursing support.

IMMEX is a structured model with an established large corporate client base, representing a wide range of industries in both the private and public sector. All billing is at or above full AMA rates – No Bulk Billing or Medicare.

IMMEX has a collegiate spirit. You would be working with the support of other occupational medical doctors, occupational physicians, physios and nurses. Onsite mentoring, training and support can be provided by experienced doctors with expertise, special interest and training in Occupational Medicine and Medico-legal Opinion and Assessment.

The role would meet the requirements of an Occupational Physician trainee / registrar, and the clinic is accredited by AFOEM for training.

Part time work is available, providing treatment of workplace injury or illness, performing employment related medical assessments and giving independent evidence based medical advice and opinions. Also opportunities for workplace assessment, occupational health surveillance, risk assessment and work site visits.

The ideal candidate must possess:

• Full Medical Practitioner Registration with AHPRA
• Good knowledge and experience in general medicine, musculo-skeletal and occupational medicine
• Willingness to embrace our proven practice philosophy
• Demonstrates team spirit and reliability
• SIRA Accredited IMC Medical Practitioner status advantageous but not essential.

There is no requirement for VR  Registration
