Are you looking for your forever clinic? We are seeking a full time or part time GP,  to consult from our thriving clinic.  If we are the right fit for you to consult from our rooms, you will also have the choice to consult from our (lucrative) GP Respiratory Clinic &  Vaccination Clinic. 

Recently renovated, including bike racks, shower & all new technology, our state of the art clinic is located on vibrant Bay St, close to shops, cafes, bars & the beach.    PMM is GP owned, with the owner present, supportive & engaged, focusing on high quality medicine, teamwork, collaboration & teaching.   There is strong nursing & admin support, to reduce your administrative loads & allow you to focus on good quality medicine. We have a robust recall/reminder system.    

At PMM, we listen to the doctors - they have a voice. Doctors help drive standards & processes to ensure patient & staff safety, efficiencies & quality improvements. The doctors are engaged regarding critical decisions that affect them (such as opening the respiratory clinic and infection control processes and standards).  Whilst autonomous in your work, we have a strong focus on culture, education & teamwork & frequently seek second opinions in-house & discuss cases. GP work doesn't have to be lonely!   

PMM is a private billing practice (BB at doctor’s discretion). You can expect to be busy quickly - we have had a rapid expansion to 3 businesses (GP Clinic, Respiratory Clinic and Vaccination Clinic) and another 2 consulting GPs on maternity leave. The appointment books are full early each day. Our marketing support is strong (see www.portmelbournemedical.com.au & look at our emags on the blog page, which are emailed to ~15000 patients). You will have job security here. 

We are open 7 days per week, and some GP choose to just work weekends.  If you would like well remunerated weekend work, this is available (including if on moratorium).  Remote access available. There are other commercial benefits which will be discussed on application. PPE (inc N95/P3 if required) provided.
