We are looking for GPs in Victoria to work at government sponsored COVID-19 testing and vaccination sites in the northern and outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne.
Both the testing and vaccination clinics will be nurse-led however a GP will be required onsite to supervise.
The sites will be operational from 5-7 days per week. Individual GPs may be able to take up a regular 1 day per week ongoing.
About the Role
- Most shifts are for full days during business hours – a few part time shifts may be available.
- Doctors will be paid $170 -190 per hour on weekdays depending on the site and whether it is for screening or vaccinations.
- These positions are open to those restricted by 19AB or 19AA however you must either hold General or Specialist registration with AHPRA. Those on limited registration are not eligible.
- Your safety is paramount with full PPE and strict clinical governance in place.
- For some sites, you may also be asked to provide an updated BLS and Working with Children’s Check and other requirements may be requested from time to time.
