LOCATION:

Shellharbour Medical Centre is a modern AGPAL Accredited, established bulk billing General Practice located 20 minutes south of Wollongong in New South Wales.

Our Practice strives to provide the highest standard of care, whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness and is committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients and the culturally diverse community of the City of Shellharbour.

We acknowledge the local Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Community and actively promotes Aboriginal Health services and education.

STAFF:

Our dedicated Team consists of 6 equivalent Fulltime Doctors, supported by four Registered Nurses, five Receptionists, Allied Health and Professional services:

Podiatrist

Psychologist

Optometrist

Pathology services

Legal health partnership services

TRAINING & EDUCATION:

Our doctors work in partnership with the University Of Wollongong Graduate School Of Medicine, mentoring students, GP Synergy Registrar supervision and training and where appropriate, research through the Illawarra Health and Medical Research Institute, a joint initiative of the University of Wollongong and the Illawarra Shoalhaven Local Health District.
