About the Practice

Join a beautiful family friendly practice which has been well established in the local community for over 30 years. The practice does not have a high turnaround of staff. All receptionist have been at the clinic for over 10 Years and all nursing staff have been there for over 6 years. 
  
The practice is located behind a big shopping centre and has seen a large increase in patient numbers. You can enjoy on going education at the practice as they take on Registrars and Medical Students. This would be a great opportunity for a new GP to be involved in educating them if this is something you'd be interested in. The practice services a lot of Nursing Homes in the area and this would also be something a new Doctor could do. 
  
Over the years the owners have expanded the surgery and now have 8 consulting suites with designated offices for, several practice nurses, a large reception area and waiting room and a designated toy room.
  
Nurses do all recalls MP/TCA 75 + Health Assessment and 45-49 Health Assessments. There is also a typist, all doctors have a Dictaphone in there room and she does the referrals or reports.
 
The practice is open 6 days per week. Monday – Thursday 8AM - 6PM  Friday 8AM - 5PM Saturday 9AM – 3PM

• Take over from a GP and increased patient demand
• The practice is looking for an enthusiastic VR GP to join them on a full or part time basis.
• You will practice good quality medicine with full nursing and administration support.
• There is scope to develop your own specialist skills and opportunities to share knowledge within a friendly collegiate environment.
• You will have flexibility with setting your own hours to help achieve the perfect work/life balance for you.
• Mixed billing practice, predominantly private.
• Best Practice & Pracsoft Software
• Very broad patient demographic 
• Saturday morning sessions are on a roster basis

Skills and experience

• Vocational Registration (FRACGP / FACRRM or Equivalent)
