VR GP | Locum or Perm | 75% Billings first 3mths | Newcastle

URGENT requirement for an unrestricted VR GP to join this family friendly general practice and skin clinic located in Newcastle.   The practice requires a 6 month locum to cover a doctor going on maternity leave with an opportunity to become permanent if desired. 

Earn 75% of billings for the first 3 months and an hourly guarantee on offer.  An interest in women’s health would be highly desirable but not essential.

The Practice:

The practice is a medical centre and skin cancer clinic providing general practice health care, skin checks and treatment plans for their patients.  Open Monday to Wednesday from 8.00am to 6.00pm, Thursday and Friday from 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturdays from 8.30am to 12.30pm.  Full time nursing support, dedicated Practice Manager and multiple reception staff support the smooth running of this clinic.

What to Expect:

General Medicine, Skin Clinic, Allied Health, Women’s Health, Mens’ Health, Paediatrics, Immunisations, Skin Checks, Preventative Medicine, Travel Medicine, Health Assessments, Mental Health, Surgical procedures, and Chronic Disease Management. 

To be successful:

• Must have unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Must be a Fellow of the RACGP or equivalent
• Must be an Australian Resident
