About the Practice
  
Excellent opportunity for x2 VR GPs to join a large purpose built private billing practice in Mandurah. You will be taking over from two well established GPs that have recently left. One GP has recently retired and the other is relocating.
  
The City of Mandurah is WA’s second largest city with a growing population of approx. 97000, with an average increase of 1500 new residents each year over the past 5 years. The practice is just a 45min drive away from Perths CBD.
  
The Practice is GP owned and is a highly regarded GP and Skin Clinic, It has been established for over 17 years and continues to grow.
Demographics comprise a practice population of 35,000 patients of which 14,000 are identified as active patients. Over 39% of its active patients having a chronic disease/multi co-morbidities.

The practice comprises of a number of separate clinics all co-located on the one site. There is a GP Practice with 13 x GP consulting rooms, 2 x nurse consult rooms, large treatment room (3 x beds) fully equipped, large patient waiting area. 
  
Skin Clinic – 6 x consult rooms, theatre.  Allied Health Unit – 3 x consulting rooms.  Specialist Clinic – 4 x consulting rooms.  GP Respiratory Clinic 4 x  Onsite Pharmacy, Pathology Services (Clinipath) and Lions Hearing.  The Practice has also established Aged Care Home Care Packages.
 
The practice is open 6 days per week. Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 5PM & Saturdays 8:30AM - 1:30PM (Weekend work is optional)

• Take over from x2 well established VR GPs - existing patient base
• The practice is looking for an enthusiastic VR GP to join them on a full or part time basis.
• You will practice good quality medicine with full nursing and administration support.

Skills and experience
