GPMaroubra is a specialist General Practice in South Maroubra. We are a friendly group of doctors who work together to provide excellent care to our patients. We are a teaching practice and train GP registrars. We perform advanced skin cancer surgery in rooms. All precautions have been taken and procedures put into place to allow for telehealth consultations and to maintain a safe environment.

The principal, Dr Shane Christensen has a post graduate diploma in skin cancer surgery and provides mentorship and training to his colleagues. Dr Christensen is also trained in cosmetic medicine and provides cosmetic services to his patients; and is able to mentor and train in this area of medicine. We provide services such as PDT, IPL, LED, micro needling & medical grade chemical peels to treat both medical skin conditions such as actinic damage, rosacea and acne; in addition to skin rejuvenation for cosmetic purposes.

Our ethos is to provide excellent care and to be the most useful doctors possible to our patients. We are a mixed billing practice with a high percentage of private billing. The services available at our practice enable doctors to enjoy a wide variety of excellent medicine whilst enjoying a high income.

We are looking for someone committed to a full time long term career with us who is as passionate about medicine and procedures as we are. You don't need to be able to perform procedures to fit this position but you do need to be excited about learning and training.
