About the opportunity

A rare opportunity exists for an experienced VR or level 2-3 Non-VR General Practitioner to join a busy mixed billing practice located 40m outside of Launceston.

The practice currently employs eight doctors, seven nurse and a full complement of allied health, administration staff and specialists. They are seeking a General practitioner preferably full-time but sessions are negotiable.

Practice hours are Mondays to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 8pm. Saturdays 10am - 2pm. 

With an impressive 35 years presence serving the local community - the new doctor can expect a consistent patient flow.

This position is suitable only for doctors holding their fellowship. Please note - this practice is in a DWS area. This opportunity will best suit a VR General Practitioner with a focus on finding a long-term position where they can build a practice in peerage with like-minded Doctors.

Essential Criteria

• NON VR GP's must be at level 2-3
• Full or General Registration level 3 with AHPRA
• Australian experience and working rights
