We have a vacancy for a full time or part time General Practitioner with strong child and womens health skills to join our experienced team for 6 or more sessions a week.
Preference will be given to FRACGP or FACRRM qualified applicants and to doctors who have a long term view and who are prepared to reside in the area. Starting date is flexible with immediate start available if desired.
We are a longstanding mixed billing General Practice. Our patients appreciate doctors who can take their time and who demonstrate excellent communication skills and empathy. Boonah is locacted in a scenically beautiful area and is the launching pad to many adjacent national parks, lakes and areas of natural beauty yet only one hours drive from Brisbane.
The position would involve some visits to the local residential aged care facility as well as the usual surgery based general practice encounters.
We will provide a comprehensive orientation to the practice and the district.
