Following recent expansion, an opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced general practitioner at Kedron Wavell Medical Centre.

      You will be a vocationally-registered GP with high standards, ethical billing practices and interested in practicing ‘slow medicine’ with full nursing and administration support. There is scope to develop your own niche and opportunities to share knowledge within a friendly collegiate environment. You will have 

flexibility with setting your own hours to help achieve the perfect work/life balance for you.

Kedron Wavell Medical Centre was established in 1951 as a family-owned, private billing practice providing exceptional quality and service to a large patient base. There is a team of 15 highly-skilled support staff, low staff turnover and a full-time on-site Practice Manager. Your GP colleagues have regular meetings at lunch and formal events.

Our clinic is located in a new building featuring 10 consulting rooms and a large, fully equipped treatment room which was remodeled in 2019. There is a private procedure room, an operating microscope, an ABI machine and retinal camera.

As a teaching practice, GP registrars are an integral part of the team and there is an option for all experienced GPs to join the teaching team as a supervisor.
