Hornsby Fountain Medical Centre is a modern practice located in the centre of Hornsby.
Due to patient demand and practice growth we require a new GP to join our friendly team. You will be able to see 35 or more patients immediately per day.
We have large GP rooms supported by an experienced admin team , 2 RN's per day with a large 3 bed treatment room.
Full time physio, dentist and psychologist on site as well as DHM pathology 6 days a week.
We are a large well equipped practice although we feel like a small family practice as we are very patient centred and go above and beyond for all our patients.We offer a Travel clinic, Skin cancer clinic and support all special interests.
We have secure parking on site and are 50m from Hornsby train station.
