Fairfield Chase Medical & Dental Centre our newly renovated medical centre has an established and growing patient base of approximately 2550 patients per week. Working as part of a dedicated team of GPs there is clinical support available plus multi-disciplinary assistance from Physio & Allied Health, Pathology, Specialists and a Pharmacy.
