Active Medical is a Melbourne-based multidisciplinary, family medical centre committed to patient-centred care. Located in the busy heart of Caroline Springs, Active Medical is a GPA+ accredited practice with a diverse and growing list of patients. We are looking for General Practitioners who are dedicated to providing high quality care with a view to forming ongoing relationships with their patients to join our supportive team.

At Active Medical, you will be able to provide the best patient care while maximising your earning potential. We are a comprehensive GP owned, non-corporate, modern medical centre.

Our experienced medical practitioners have access to an extensive listing of onsite and adjacent allied health professionals including Pathology onsite.

We also offer comprehensive support from qualified nursing staff and an experienced administrative team so you can focus on providing quality care.

• Full nursing support during practice hours from Division 1 Practice Nurses who are involved in services including: care plans and reviews in consultation with GPs; health assessments including pre-diabetes health assessments and care, pre-employment assessments and kids health checks; vaccinations including children’s immunisations; wound management; lung function tests and asthma management plans.

Our team is carefully selected and would be suited to a General Practitioner:

• FRACGP or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration
• GPs under moratorium (19ab exemption available)
• DPA replacement
