An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced, dedicated General Practitioner to join a new medical centre in Bass Hill. 

We are looking for a compassionate GP, who provides quality care to patients. Our practice provides a friendly, positive and respectful work environment whilst offering patients of all ages a variety of services to help with the management of their healthcare.

The practice is located in a busy retail shopping plaza with potential for high growth with plenty of foot traffic. There is ample free onsite parking, easy access off Hume Highway. You will be well supported by an experienced Practice Manager and Practice Nurse to maximise your time.

A range of essential healthcare services are located within the medical centre, including onsite pathology collection, podiatry and pharmacy. The shopping centre itself has the potential to be a local medical hub with dentist, optometrist and hearing clinic in the same plaza.

Requirements / About you

To be successful in this role you should have: 

  • Current AHPRA Registration
  • Current Medical Indemnity
  • Demonstrate a patient-focused approach in service provision with genuine empathy and interest in their needs 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all ages and social groups 
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding patient and practice information 
  • Ability to work cooperatively and independently, to prioritise and organise, with attention to detail 
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development 
  • Possess or actively pursuing vocational registration, with RACGP
